As the investigation got underway, detectives from the police department and the Ocean County Prosecutor\u2019s Office discovered that Plummer had been, \u201cover a multitude of years,\u201d having inappropriate sexual encounters with four juveniles.<\/p>\n<p>All of the children were known to the suspect, Stocco said. In addition to his arrest, search warrants were executed at his home and a storage unit in Toms River where several computers and a cellular phone were seized.<\/p>\n<p>Plummer was arrested Tuesday. Superior Court Judge Wendel E. Daniels set Plummer\u2019s bail at $250,000 cash.
