The arrest came after authorities say they seized approximately 60 grams of cocaine, a quantity of Xanax along with assorted drug paraphernalia including packaging materials and a digital scale. Police also seized approximately $15,000 in suspected drug proceeds.<\/p>\n<p>Howard was charged with possession of Xanax, possession of cocaine,\u00a0 possession of\u00a0 cocaine over one half ounce with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Superior Court Judge Wendel E.
