Located at 1686 Route 88 \u2013 a half mile east of Ocean Medical Center \u2013 the spacious 30,000 square foot, medically based facility offers a wide variety of amenities and programming. In addition to state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment, the club features Private, Small Group and Sports Specific Training areas as well as multiple fitness studios for Group Exercise, Spinning and Mind and Body classes.<\/p>\n

The facility will also house a state-of-the-art Aquatic Center, which will open shortly after the main fitness area. The Aquatic Center features a whirlpool, co-ed dry sauna and a Junior Olympic 3-lane lap pool where aquatics programming (including private and semi-private swimming lessons) is available for adults and children.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the family-friendly facility offers onsite babysitting services, kids\u2019 fitness and youth training programs.<\/p>\n
