The contract was approved Thursday night at a board meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Under the contract, the administrators will receive zero increases retroactive to the 2013-14 and 2014-15 school years, and 3 percent raises for the 2015-16 and 2016-17 school years. The administrators made additional concessions beyond the zero increases for the first two years of the contract, including switching health insurance plans from the Direct 10 to the Direct 15 plan, which increases co-payments and reduces the portion of administrators\u2019 premiums taxpayers must fund.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a very large concession on the part of the BTASA,\u201d said Paul C.
