Neal Pedersen said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The arrest of Ronald Hagan, 40, came after\u00a0a joint operation by both agencies that has spanned several months, police said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Officers seized crack cocaine and powder cocaine on scene, Pedersen said, and Hagan was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute 5 ounces or more, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute less than one half ounce and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bail was set by Superior Court Judge Wendel E.
