A man was found dead in his car at the Ocean County Mall on Monday, though authorities say they do not suspect foul play in his death.<\/p>\n

Ocean County Mall Security Officers were alerted to a vehicle in the parking lot in which the occupant was unresponsive at about 12:20 p.m., said Toms River Police spokesman Ralph Stocco.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPolice and EMS responded and determined that the man was deceased,\u201d Stocco said in an e-mail. \u201cThere were no obvious signs of trauma and there is no reason to believe that foul play was involved.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The deceased man\u00a0was found\u00a0inside a 2014 Toyota that was parked near Boscov\u2019s Department Store, Stocco said.\u00a0An autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt appears that the man was a Toms River resident who has been struggling with depression and medical issues,\u201d said Stocco.<\/span><\/p>\n

The man, whose name was not released publicly,\u00a0was reported missing April 22.<\/span><\/p>\n
