Police)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Attempts to locate the owner of the vessel are\u00a0ongoing, police said.<\/p>\n<p>The Marine Unit is asking the public\u2019s\u00a0help in locating the owner. Anyone with information should\u00a0contact Ptl.
