The park contains two areas for dogs \u2013 one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Dog owners are simply asked to follow the rules when using the parks.<\/p>\n<p>Angela Hibbard \u2013 who the park is named after \u2013 was on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony along with family members. Hibbard, who served as the township\u2019s first recreation director, also received\u00a0Certificate of Congressional Recognition for her efforts in promoting recreation from the office of U.S. Rep. (Photo: Township of Brick)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThere are few, if any, people in our town\u2019s history who have done more for recreation in our community than Angela Hibbard,\u201d said Ducey. \u201cShe is known as the matriarch of Brick Township recreation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For humans, both parks include facilities that will engage residents of all ages. A rock wall separates the beach area from a grassy play area.
