Neal Pedersen said.<\/p>\n<p>According to a police report, the driver of a 2000 Dodge Durango, identified as\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">Brianna Hollingsworth, 20, of Manchester, failed to stop for a red light as she was traveling north of Chambers Bridge Road. After\u00a0the SUV entered the intersection, it collided with a 2014 Nissan Altima traveling west on Route 70, being driven by\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Israel Shaliehsaboo, 19, of Lakewood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The force of the crash caused the Nissan\u00a0to roll several times before coming to a final rest in a grassy area near the northwest corner of the intersection. The Dodge\u00a0came to a halt\u00a0at the northwest corner of the intersection, Pedersen said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Brick police\u00a0responded to the scene along with the the police EMS squad, Toms River First Aid and MONOC Paramedics.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0The Breton Woods and Pioneer Hose fire companies also<\/span>\u00a0responded to the scene, according to police.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>The Driver and two passengers\u00a0of Nissan\u00a0were treated at the scene for their injuries and transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Hollingsworth<\/span>\u00a0was transported to Ocean Medical Center, Brick.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">According to police, Hollingsworth and\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">Shaliehsaboo suffered minor injuries, as well as\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Samuel Peres, 20, of Lakewood, a passenger in the Nissan. Another passenger in the Nissan,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Yehud Morgenstern, 20, of Lakewood, suffered internal injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vehicular traffic was diverted around the scene for approximately two hours during the investigation, said Pedersen. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone who witnessed the crash is being asked to contact Ptl.
