According to a biography provided by Middle Township, Clifford\u00a0holds a degree in accounting from Rutgers University, and is a former Senior Support Specialist and Project Manager for Edmunds & Associates, a software development firm. He is a specialist in resolving municipal audit findings by refining policies and procedures and troubleshooting accounting software systems, the biography said.<\/p>\n<p>Clifford will be appointed to the Brick position for four years, according to the meeting agenda.
