(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Beaches in several barrier island neighborhoods, including most of Normandy Beach, are closed to the public following the scouring of the township&#8217;s sea wall by waves from Tropical Storm Hermine.<\/p>\n<p>Brick Police Capt.
