The board\u2019s bylaws require at least four of the seven members of the board to be present in order for a meeting to be held. Board President John Lamela, and members Victoria Pakala and George White were the only members present.<\/p>\n

An agenda for the meeting was quickly removed from the district\u2019s website Thursday night.<\/p>\n

Lamela said at the meeting that he will speak with board members to determine the best date for a make-up meeting.<\/p>\n
