Police were called to the gas station at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night after the clerk there reported the man as being suspicious.<\/p>\n<p>Ralph Stocco, a spokesman for the Toms River Police Department, said Wixler \u201cwas moonwalking his way through the aisles attempting to choose his merchandise.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While speaking to Wixler, an active warrant out of Neptune Township for $2,000 was discovered, Stocco said. He was arrested for the warrant and subsequently found to be in possession of 6 hypodermic needles and a small amount of heroin, according to police.
