Vincent Pacitti said.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the stop, a red back pack was located in the rear cargo section of the vehicle, Pacitti said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll five of the vehicle\u2019s occupants denied ownership of the bag,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>A search of the bag revealed a \u201clarge quantity\u201d of marijuana \u2013 over 100 grams \u2013 a digital scale, a cell phone and several items of clothing, according to police. After interviewing all of the vehicle\u2019s occupants it was determined that the back pack belonged to Boyer, the\u00a0rear passenger, said Pacitti.<\/p>\n<p>Boyer was charged with\u00a0possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
