Martin, 36, of Brick, was arrested Sept. 4 by <span class=\"userContent\">Det. Stephanie Bayha and Brick Police Officer Justin Heffernan<\/span>, according to a statement from the Ocean County Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"userContent\"><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Martin left the five-year-old child unattended in a vehicle while she went to Riggers Bar on the Boulevard in Seaside Heights to consume alcohol, authorities say. She then left the bar, was stopped by Seaside Heights police officers and charged with DWI. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"userContent\"><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">The Division of Child Protection &amp; Permanency was contacted and removed the child from Martin\u2019s care, the prosecutor&#8217;s office said.
