A far cry from the nightclub, decked out with neon palm trees and strobe lights galore (which led to years of fame on the MTV show &#8220;Jersey Shore&#8221;), its replacement is envisioned as a subdued, modern mixed use property that conforms to an overall aesthetic look that is sought for the re-imagined Boulevard business district as it is redeveloped block-by-block. The Bamboo property is located between Franklin and Lincoln avenues.<\/p>\n<p>The property was <a href=\"https:\/\/shorebeat.com\/lavallette-seaside\/2020\/03\/last-call-bamboo-karma-up-for-bankruptcy-auction-along-with-liquor-license\/\">sold at auction<\/a> in 2020 following the bankruptcy of Saddy Family LLC, a holding company operated by John Saddy, a longtime luminary in the Seaside Heights nightclub world. The parcel was sold for $1,058,000, according to county tax records, and the vacant lot is currently assessed at $1,115,600.
