the councilman said of his brother, a retired attorney from Princeton Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Borowski said he and his brother, who was out of town during Monday&#8217;s council meeting, recently attended a board meeting where John Borowski commented on a case that affected his street.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I listened very carefully to get his comments on that case \u2026 and I found his comments to be right on target,&#8221;
