(Google Earth)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Seaside Heights planning board is scheduled to consider an application in January which proposes the demolition of an existing home, which would be replaced with a new residential building.<\/p>\n<p>The development is proposed for 304 Dupont Avenue, according to a notice filed with the borough&#8217;s planning board. The application seeks to demolish all of the existing improvements on the lot and rebuild a single structure which will include two dwelling units.<\/p>\n<p>Board approval is required since the minimum lot size for such a development is 2,000 square feet, but the subject property is only 1,875 square feet in area. The lot is undersized at 37.5-feet wide, the notice said.
