Seaside Heights Hospitality, LLC won the approval of the Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment last week to replace the Pine Rest Motel with a 72-room Hampton Inn. The company, which purchased the property in 2008, will demolish the current building, a frequent site of arrests and police calls.<\/p>\n<p>The property received state approval in May and won local approval July 20. Plans call for a four-story building with 72 parking spaces.
