(Credit: Hypnotica Studios Infinite)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Seaside Heights will celebrate the Dog Days of August \u2013 literally \u2013 as the borough will open up its boardwalk and beaches to man\u2019s best friend for a day.<\/p>\n<p>Seaside Heights, like many municipalities around the country, will celebrate National Dog Day. The borough will open its beaches to dogs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dogs will be allowed to walk the entire length of the boardwalk and will be able to hang out on the beachfront <span class=\"color_15\">between Grant and Webster avenues, officials said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dogs must remain on a leash, and beach badges will still be required for humans.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to allowing dogs on the beach, vendors who sell dog and pet-related products will be on hand for beachgoers (and their best friends) to enjoy.
