After the pipe is cleared, work can begin on the replacement\u00a0outfall pipe, which will be installed at President Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Once the design is ready they can start as soon as possible,&#8221; said Zalom. &#8220;It\u2019s something that has been needed in our town for a long, long time.
