(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Toms River officials are looking to start as soon as possible on projects to replace storm sewers in Ortley Beach and the North Beach sections.<\/p>\n<p>The township council on Tuesday awarded a $739,000 contract for the Ortley Beach portion of the project to DSC Construction Inc. The council also awarded a $105,000 contract to Remington, Vernick &amp; Vena Engineers to perform inspection services on the project.
