Broadway lovers at the Shore won\u2019t have to venture far to see the stars and performances they love this summer \u2013 and it all starts Sunday.<\/p>\n

Three concerts will be presented this season. Sunday\u2019s performance is \u201cGettin\u2019 the Band Back Together,\u201d which will feature a selection of songs from the musical, featuring a live performance by Marilu Henner. The performance begins at 6 p.m. at the Franklin Avenue stage.<\/p>\n

The performances were organized by local residents Dee Pellegrino and Joseph Brunetti, of DPM Shore Solutions<\/a>, an event and media company.\u00a0The\u00a0family-friendly\u00a0concerts are open to the public and\u00a0will feature performances\u00a0by the actual cast members of Broadway\u2019s biggest hit shows.<\/p>\n

The Monday, Aug. 6 performance will be \u201cAnastasia\u201d and the Monday, Aug. 13 show will be a revue featuring the casts of\u00a0School of Rock,\u00a0\u200bBeautiful \u2013 The Carol King Musical and\u00a0\u200b\u200bThe Play that Goes Wrong. All shows will start at 6 p.m. on the Franklin Avenue stage.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are beyond excited\u00a0to welcome\u00a0such amazing talent from Broadway to Seaside Heights,\u201d said Pellegrino and Brunetti. \u201cFamilies and\u00a0Broadway\u00a0fans young, old and in-between, will enjoy the amazing talent that Broadway\u00a0is bringing\u00a0us straight from New York.\u201d<\/p>\n
