He was taken into custody without incident by officers from the Seaside Heights Police Department and the Ocean County Prosecutor\u2019s Office Megan\u2019s Law Unit.<\/p>\n<p>An investigation revealed that Bailey has been employed in Seaside Heights without registering or notifying any law enforcement agencies, a requirement under the landmark 1994 law that tracks convicted sex offenders. Bailey is currently lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.<\/p>\n<p>According to the New Jersey State Police sex offender database, Bailey was convicted in 1994 with aggravated sexual assault with a weapon.
