(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Seaside Heights is planning to take a vacant parcel of the north end of the borough&#8217;s boardwalk and raise it as an accessible viewing location for those who are disabled or otherwise unable to trudge out onto the beachfront.<\/p>\n<p>For years, a square-shaped slice of boardwalk has sat empty at Hiering Avenue, just north of the Sky Ride amusement.
