(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Seaside Heights will keep lifeguards on duty after the upcoming Labor Day weekend, becoming the latest town to expect more September beachgoers than usual in an age where working remotely has become the norm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen Labor Day comes and goes, we\u2019re going to maintain the beaches open through the following Sunday,\u201d said Borough Administrator Christopher Vaz.<\/p>\n<p>After the initial extra week, lifeguards will be scheduled for two more weekends.
