The plan, as presented to the board, calls for the site to be divided into three separate lots, with a single-family home on each.<\/p>\n<p>The developer is requesting <span id=\"ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_PublicNoticeDetailsBody1_lblContentText\">minor subdivision approval for the creation of three single family lots, plus any variances that may be requested by the board or borough professionals.
