Responding officers discovered a female victim, later identified as Cheyanne Juarez, unconscious on the floor with blood on her face and a belt around her neck.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency lifesaving measures were attempted, however the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>An investigation by borough police and county detectives revealed evidence that Gustavo Juarez-Perez was the individual responsible for his wife\u2019s death, according to the statement. Juarez-Perez was taken into custody at the residence without incident.
