(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Lakewood officials this week announced a number road closures along the township&#8217;s Route 9 corridor that will be implemented beginning this week.<\/p>\n<p>According to the announcement, the closures are set to occur at night, and township officials have encouraged the state to start roadwork as late as possible in order to minimize disruption. Closures begin at 10 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays; and at 8:30 p.m. on Fridays. The closures include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Friday 5\/29 \u2013<\/strong> James Street closure from Williams Street to Route 9.
