The man then fled in a U-Haul truck with no license plates, but a video surveillance system captured an image of the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Two days later, police\u00a0Officer Ryan Gashlin developed information that led to complaints being signed against Nicholas Mayer, 23, of Woodview Road in Toms River. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he surrendered himself\u00a0Nov. 29\u00a0at police headquarters.
