She was thought to be with Jeffery Trautmann, 19, of Jackson.<\/p>\n<p>Jeffery Trautmann\u2019s 2000 Volkswagen was pulled over by officers from the Ohio Highway Patrol after the vehicle and license plate matched a hit in the National Crime Information Center database. The traffic stop, in Richland Township, Ohio, resulted in charges being filed against Traumann for interference with the custody of a child under 18, possession of marijuana, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
