(Photo: TRPD)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>No one was injured when a car plowed into\u00a0an office building at 833 Route 37 on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The 4:30 p.m. incident occurred when\u00a0Jeanette Martin, 86, of Toms River, apparently\u00a0was attempting to park her car when her foot slipped off of the brake pedal, said police spokesman Ralph Stocco.\u00a0After initially hitting the gas pedal by mistake, the 2006 Ford Taurus went over the curb and through the class window of a vacant building, causing significant damage to the structure.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1511\" style=\"width: 522px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1511\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1511\" src=\"https:\/\/shorebeat.com\/tomsriver\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Screen-Shot-2018-01-11-at-12.02.23-PM.png\" alt=\"A car plows into a building in Toms River, Jan. 10, 2017.
