It was determined, police say, that\u00a0an argument developed in which James Adams, 28 of Toms River, allegedly threatened the other individual with a silver handgun.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to fleeing the area, he is suspected of puncturing the other driver\u2019s tires with an unknown object, according to a statement from police. Complaints have been signed against Adams for aggravated assault with a firearm, terroristic threats, and criminal mischief.<\/p>\n<p>Police are seeking the public\u2019s help in finding Adams, who is described as being\u00a05\u20199\u201d and weighing 175 pounds.
