(File Photo)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>St. Joseph\u2019s and Donovan Catholic parochial schools will go before the Toms River Zoning Board April 18 seeking approval for plans to build a new maintenance building and an athletic training center.<\/p>\n<p>The minor site plan is for the lots at 411 and 409 Lexington Avenue, on the edge of the schools\u2019 campus off Lafayette Avenue and behind Hooper and Terrace Avenues.<\/p>\n<p>The one building, for lawn and facility maintenance, would measure 2,400 square feet in size. The larger building is for the athletic training facility, at 4,500 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>The plan also requires several variances to go forward. The athletic building is a half foot over the maximum building height of 16 feet.
