Modern Propane is also proposing a vinyl awning in the front of the existing building and a trailer and outdoor storage area within the property. There are no proposed changes to the rest of the building, parking lot or existing operations, according to a filing with the planning board.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The project will require minor &#8220;bulk&#8221; variances for minimum front yard setback, parking spaces (18 would be required where 16 are proposed), plus lot frontage and depth.
