Toms River police spotted Holly, who also goes by the name \u201cBreezie,\u201d at about 1 a.m. near the intersection of Route 37 and Hooper Avenue, said police spokeswoman Jillian Messina. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver accelerated to a high rate of speed and the chase was called off.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGiven the danger presented to the public, the officers terminated the pursuit,\u201d said Messina.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday afternoon, Toms River police were called to the Ocean County Mall on an unrelated investigation. While in the mall parking lot, officers located Holly, as well as the vehicle he was driving when he allegedly eluded police earlier in the day. Holly was taken into custody on the outstanding Lakewood arrest warrant without incident and transported to police headquarters, Messina said.\u00a0 The vehicle Holly was operating was impounded.<\/p>\n<p>Holly faces charges of eluding, obstruction by flight and obstructing the administration of law.
