(Credit: Google Maps)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The owner of the property which is occupied by a McDonald&#8217;s restaurant has submitted an application to Toms River&#8217;s planning board seeking permission to expand the fast food establishment.<\/p>\n<p>McDonald&#8217;s, located at 42 Route 37 East, is proposing <span id=\"ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_PublicNoticeDetailsBody1_lblContentText\">the addition of a side-by-side drive-through to the existing McDonald&#8217;s restaurant, improvements to the building fa\u00e7ade and interior for handicap accessibility, and improvements to the exterior accessible parking area and path-of-travel to the building.
