(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Toms River firefighters have been credited with the rescue of a woman from her home in the Pleasant Plains section of town after the house caught on fire.<\/p>\n<p>According to police spokeswoman Jillian Messina, first responders were called to\u00a073 E. Rolling Hills Court at about 11 a.m. Thursday morning. A neighbor reported seeing flames and smoke coming from the garage and called 911.<\/p>\n<p>When units arrived, said Messina, the garage was fully engulfed and there were reports of someone inside. Firefighters then went into the burning home and were able to rescue a woman through a rear window.
