Lakewood; and 419 C Chatham Court, Lakewood \u2013 as being utilized by Xavier Nelson, 29, of Toms River, and others to \u201cstore and distribute quantities of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Detectives also identified two vehicles \u2013 a 2008 Black Chrysler Sebring and a 2008 Ford Edge \u2013 as being utilized by the alleged drug trafficking network to store and transport quantities of heroin and fentanyl. Based on the investigation, detectives obtained \u201cno knock\u201d warrants for the three residences and the vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday at approximately 5:30am, the warrants were executed, police said. Detectives seized quantities of heroin and fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana. Police also seized drug paraphernalia \u201cindicative of the packaging and distribution of controlled dangerous substances,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>Five individuals were charged:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2666 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shorebeat.com\/tomsriver\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Screen-Shot-2018-12-21-at-6.50.25-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"210\" height=\"283\" \/>Xavier Nelson, 29, of Toms River, was charged with with two counts of possession of Heroin\/Fentanyl, one count of Possession of Heroin\/Fentanyl over one half ounce, one count of Distribution of Heroin\/Fentanyl over one half ounce, two counts of Possession of Cocaine, two counts of Possession of Cocaine under one half ounce with the Intent to Distribute, one count of distribution of Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana. Nelson is in the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2667 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shorebeat.com\/tomsriver\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Screen-Shot-2018-12-21-at-6.50.59-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"285\" \/><strong>Pilar Rosario<\/strong>, 23, of Lakewood, was charged with with possession of Heroin\/Fentanyl, Possession of Heroin\/Fentanyl under one half ounce with the Intent to Distribute, Distribution of Heroin\/Fentanyl under one half ounce and Possession of Marijuana. Pilar was released from the Ocean County Jail pending a future court date.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2670 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shorebeat.com\/tomsriver\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Screen-Shot-2018-12-21-at-6.52.56-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"198\" height=\"264\" \/><strong>Shanice Reason<\/strong>, 26, of Toms River, was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Heroin\/Fentanyl under one half ounce with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine under one half ounce with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana. Reason was released pending future court date.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2668 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shorebeat.com\/tomsriver\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Screen-Shot-2018-12-21-at-6.51.43-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"187\" height=\"252\" \/>Domonique Swain<\/strong>, 22, of Toms River was charged with Possession of Marijuana. A warrant has been issued for Marlow.
