Wright, of Forge Road in West Creek, will seek to unseat incumbent Republicans Jack Kelly, of Thomas Avenue in West Creek, and Virginia Haines, of Batchelor Street in Toms River.<\/p>\n<p>Czarkowski works in education and Wright is an attorney.<\/p>\n<p>Also, Gene Davis, of Llewellyn Court in Jackson, will challenge incumbent GOP Sheriff Michael Mastronardy, of Swain Avenue in Toms River.<\/p>\n<p>Mastronardy was the longtime Toms River police chief before being elected to the countywide post.
