The wallet appears to have been removed from her cart around 2 p.m., Stocco said.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation developed a person of interest that our detectives would like to speak to \u2013 a white man in his 40s who\u00a0wears glasses. On the date of the incident he was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and sneakers with white laces, said Stocco.
