State troopers and Toms River police are searching jointly for a woman suffering with Alzheimer\u2019s disease who is missing in the township.<\/p>\n

Police are currently looking for Marilyn Blazer, an 80-year-old woman who left her home at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning in the Lake Ridge section of town.<\/p>\n

She is 5\u2019 7\u201d, weighs 120-pounds, with blue eyes and grey hair. She was last seen wearing blue pants, sneakers and a white jacket.\u00a0\u00a0She may have walked north on Route 9. Police are currently seeking any businesses along Route 9 that may have video of her.<\/p>\n

Because she is memory-impaired, police believe she may try to seek transport for either Old Bridge or Union City, both places where she used to live.<\/p>\n
