According to a statement from prosecutors, Lakehurst Police were contacted Aug. 20 by a concerned parent regarding an adult male touching himself inappropriately in front of his two children who were playing in their yard at their residence in Lakehurst.<\/p>\n<p>The ensuing investigation by the Lakehurst Police Department identified Davis as the suspect.
