A Toms River man will be required to submit to a lifetime of parole supervision and registration as a sex offender, plus jail time, after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography, the Ocean County Prosecutor\u2019s Office announced Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Henry Ziolkowski, 56, of Toms River, pleaded guilty on Tuesday. At the time of his sentencing on Feb. 5, 2021, prosecutors will be seeking a term of five years in state prison plus the parole and entry to the registry.<\/p>\n

The investigation that led to Ziolkowski\u2019s arrest began after several referrals from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which identified a residence in Toms River as the location of several uploads of child pornography. On July 7, 2020, detectives from the prosecutor\u2019s office\u2019s High Tech Crime Unit and Toms River police executed a search warrant on the subject residence.<\/p>\n

The detectives seized a computer belonging to Ziolkowski which contained numerous images of child pornography, a statement from prosecutors said. Ziolkowski was arrested and processed at Toms River Police headquarters. He has been lodged in the Ocean County Jail since the date of his arrest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
