It only gets warmer Tuesday, with skies forecast to be ostly sunny, with a high near 62. Calm wind becoming south around 5 m.p.h. will flutter by in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Some patchy fog will begin the day Wednesday in the early morning, then move to a transition to sunny skies with a high of 59 degrees.
