The property is adjacent to the B\u2019nai Israel Memorial Park Cemetery, which carries an address of 1224 Whitty Road.<\/p>\n<p>According to a planning board filing, K&K Developers is seeking board approval to subdivide the property into six lots on which single-family homes will be constructed. The property is in the township\u2019s R-20 zone, which calls for single-family homes to be build on lots 20,000 square feet or more.
