Shawn Bowles, 27, of Manchester, was traveling South on Fischer boulevard on a 2015 Honda motorcycle when McCarthy pulled out in front of him.<\/p>\n<p>The motorcycle\u00a0collided with the car on its driver\u2019s side. Bowles was taken to a local hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries, said Ralph Stocco, Toms River police spokesman.<\/p>\n<p>Toms River Traffic Safety Officers David Bartoshek, Robert Westfall, and Mark Nater are conducting the investigation along with members of the Ocean County Prosecutors Office and Ocean County Sheriff\u2019s Department.
