(Photo: Shorebeat)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The council also passed\u00a0 a bond ordinance appropriating $2,000,000 to finance the sale.<\/p>\n<p>According to county property records, the Clifton Avenue property is owned by a real estate firm based in New York, N.Y. and is located within the township&#8217;s R120 zone. It is improved with a single-family home that was built in 1910 and has fallen into disrepair. It was last sold in 1981.<\/p>\n<p>The Batchelor Street property has the same owner, records showed, and is developed with one home built in 1971. It was acquired by its current owner in 2005.
