Families are gearing up for a heartfelt and exciting Mothers’ Day celebration along the Jersey Shore this Sunday, May 10, 2026, as Seaside Heights rolls out special events honoring moms with flowers, thrills, and seaside memories.
The official festivities kick off at 11 a.m. when the mayor and council of Seaside Heights begin handing out Mother’s Day flowers to visiting mothers. The distribution will take place on the Franklin Avenue stage along the boardwalk. This annual gesture has become a cherished tradition, offering a warm welcome and a token of appreciation to moms enjoying the shore – and something of a signal that new season has begun.
Just steps away, Casino Pier is offering specials with free rides for moms all day long (from 12 noon to 6 p.m.). Moms ride free with a paying child on some rides. Other nearby spots are also getting in on the celebration, including special brunches, VIP parties at Lucky Leo’s, and family-friendly options across the region.
