A Brick Township developer is seeking permission to divide a single lot, just under an acre in size, into two lots where two residential homes would be constructed.
PKN Developement, LLC has applied to Brick Township planning board for approvals to subdivide the existing lot at 416 Vannote Place into two parcels. The two new lots would support two new single-family dwellings, the filing said. The site is located between Vannote Place and Laurel Avenue.
The property, according to county tax records, is currently undeveloped and located within the B2 zone, which is normally the site of commercial property. PKN is seeking a variance for an extremely small diversion from zoning requirements: a lot width minimum of 74.97-feet is proposed whereas 75-feet is required. The board may also be asked to reaffirm previous approvals that have been granted in the past.
